Sure, there were some seriously questionable fitness fads in the 80s!

We can’t say we’re sad to see the thigh master fade from existence BUT when it comes to mobility exercises that double as strength exercises- WE’RE IN!

We’re BIG fans of multi tasking moves and we’re always weaving in exercises that get into those stiff, creaky joints while building up strength around it. And all of these exercises are great examples of that!
