Having worked in this industry for almost 20 years, from time to time we’re reminded of things we’ve said while teaching classes or working with clients that are just, as the kids say, soooo cringe 🤦‍♀️

But happily we left our “fitspo” mindset in the dust and we are 💯 committed to keeping The Reset a safe space for all bodies!

Sadly this kind of anti-fat “motivation” is still alive and well and maybe it doesn’t sit well with you, as it does us, but you can’t quite put your finger on WHY.
