We’re 1000% sure a seaside vacation would help. We’re 1000% sure a seaside vacation would help. 

For now,  we’ll just have to get the kids to spray us down with the hose.
It’s not your fault. ❤️‍🩹 you didn’t It’s not your fault. ❤️‍🩹 you didn’t choose to grow up or raise your children in a culture of anti-fatness and capitalism.

You have likely participated in that culture, and so have weed. Now we can do better. 🙌

You can absolutely role model exercise for your children. That’s something we strive toward at the Reset, too. 

But it’s a responsibility that falls on both parents where there are two parents, that falls on a community of coaches, trainers and instructors, and that falls on a culture which still has a neurotic relationship with exercise, writ large.

NOT just on moms, no matter how powerful moms are.

Don’t let fitness and diet culture heap this on your shoulders.

If you want to role model for your children, consider role modeling a healing journey with exercise instead of just burpees and weigh-ins.

✨ YOU alone are worthy of healing.

How it spins off to your kids is just gravy.

These 5 exercises pack a serious punch when it comes to doing double duty. We’re talking MOBILITY AND STABILITY in each move. 

Your core works best when the core muscles are able to move through their full range of motion.  Meaning they’re not stiff and restricted. Enter- MOBILITY ✅

But stabilizing the areas surrounding your core also reduces the strain and pressure being placed on them. STABILITY ✅
