Week 1: CONNECT
Welcome to your first CONNECT workout in the #28DayReboot.
Each Wednesday, you’ll give your large muscles a break and focus on engaging the core, pelvic floor and glutes for optimal strength and pelvic health. You’ll also find some key mobilization exercises to keep the back and hips supple, allowing the core and pelvic floor to do their job best.
Grab a mat and a throw cushion or folded blanket or towel. Listen carefully to the cues to choose the right options for your body, and make exercises easier or more challenging depending on how they feel.
