Symptom Check List
Before you jump into the Reboot we want you to have a clear idea of how your core is working for you. It is common in postpartum to experience some of the following symptoms, regardless of how long ago you gave birth. These symptoms may come and go or you may experience them on a regular basis.
We highly recommend that every mama see a pelvic health physiotherapist after giving birth or if you experience any of the symptoms listed below.
