Meet Andie from our Bloor West location. Andie joined BB 3 years ago after her first son was born, and continued training through her second pregnancy and after baby #2. Now she’s pregnant again (way to go, Andie!) & training three times per week with her BB personal trainer & in our group classes. She’s fun-loving, hard-working, & always somehow looks like she just came straight from the beauty salon. Overall, pretty impressive. Thanks, Andie!
What brought you to BB? How long did you train?
I found BB online when I was a few days postpartum with my first little guy. I wanted to join something where I could meet other moms but I also wanted to do something active rather than just meet for coffee. I’ve been training for 3.5 years!!
What results have you experienced?
It really helped me bounce back after my first and second babies! One of my goals after my second baby was to get back into shape quickly because we were going to Hawaii when he was 8 weeks old! I found personal training during pregnancy and postpartum really helped me bounce back for our trip! I definitely have become better at doing push ups!
How do you stay active outside of BB?
I do BB 2 days a week, see my personal trainer once, and I run after my 2 little boys!
What is your #1 fitness goal now?
To make myself stay as active as I can in my third pregnancy because all I want to do is sleep this time around!
Fave healthy food?
Greek yogurt and oranges.
Fave BB exercise?
Anything legs! Squats, lunges etc.
Exercise you want to punch in the face?
Burpees!! Does anyone like them?
Last splurge food or drink?
Haha! I actually sent my husband to get me a Blizzard from DQ this weekend! I was “that” pregnant lady with an ice cream craving.
