We are excited to introduce you to the newest BB trainer, Simonne Darby!
“Strength for living” describes Simonne’s approach to fitness. When she’s not working, you can find Simonne making fitness a part of her own everyday lifestyle — practicing hand-stands in the park to the delight of her 3 year old daughter Maya, lifting weights in the gym or running hill sprints. Before joining BB, Simonne ran her own high intensity interval training class for several years, and she assists in her husband’s fitness education and certification business [Darby Training Systems]. Simonne is certified by the Canadian Association of Fitness Professionals, and loves sharing her fitness passion with clients, both one-on-one and in small groups.
Simonne brings a wealth of knowledge from her 8 years of personal training experience. As part of the BB team, Simonne hopes to encourage other moms to embrace fitness as part of their lifestyle with her easygoing but down-to-business approach.
