We’ve found a little treasure among our BB mommies (ok, you are all treasures, but you know what we mean…). You may have noticed a friendly face shouting out rep counts at you lately or encouraging you into a deeper chair pose at YogaFlex. Please join us in welcoming Andrea Bradley to the BB team! Andrea joined us a client during her pregnancy, training at our Swansea Town Hall prenatal BB until her delivery. As soon as we found out she was a fitness pro, we couldn’t wait to bring her on board as a trainer, post-baby!
Andrea has been a lifelong lover of fitness and was certified as a Fitness Instructor Specialist with the Canadian Association of Fitness Professionals in 2006. She has taught a wide range of class formats, including total body conditioning, step, cardio kickboxing, stability ball, bootcamp, dance conditioning, and power yoga. Andrea also has extensive dance training and has trained and performed on aerial silks. A sufferer of restless leg syndrome, Andrea is always looking for new ways to keep active, and enjoys drawing from her diverse background to provide fun, effective and creative workouts. Andrea experienced firsthand the benefits of Belly Bootcamp prior to the recent birth of her son, Aldric, and is thrilled to now join the team. In addition to her work in the fitness industry, Andrea works as a lawyer.
