We are beyond excited to introduce our newest Belly Bootcamp butt-kicker, Jessica Somerville! Jess is not just a tall drink of water, she’s a super-experienced fitness instructor and prenatal/postnatal specialist… and a mommy! You might have seen her joining in at your BB location, learning the ropes for our unique, challenging workout and getting to know the mommies. Be nice to her. It’s not her fault you have to do burpees twice a week.  😉

Jessica’s active lifestyle and interest in fitness began early in her life. For 15 years she trained as a baton twirler and gymnast, participating in competitions across Canada and the United States. This passion for health and fitness led her to a career as a respected and effective trainer. Jessica is a certified Fitness Instructor and Pre & Post Natal Fitness Specialist with the Canadian Association of Fitness Professionals. Working for the City of Toronto, various fitness facilities, and herself, she has helped clients reach their goals since 2005.

After having her baby, Jackson, she was excited to shift her focus to training mommies. Jessica realizes the physical demands of motherhood and importance of keeping in shape, with proper training and motivation. Jessica is excited to join the team; she believes that the Belly Bootcamp method is fun & effective, and the key to successful improvements in health and well-being. When not training, Jessica loves travelling and spending time with her husband and energetic toddler. Her favorite t-shirt says “I work out to eat cupcakes”. It’s all about balance.
