Carolina joined BB when her son was just 3 months, and spent the entire summer lunging, jogging, and romping around High Park. She moved to our indoor BB classes with baby, & now trains at our Saturday classes for a baby-free workout to keep her on track since she’s gone back to work. Maybe it’s that megawatt smile, but it’s just impossible not to like Carolina. It almost distracts us from making her do burpees. Almost. Thanks, Carolina!

I’ve wanted to try out BB since I saw the stroller fitness class featured on a CTV news commercial! I’ve been training with my baby since he was 3 months old (May 2013).

I have more energy and physical strength.
HOW DO YOU STAY ACTIVE OUTSIDE OF BB?
I stay fit running after my 3-1/2 year old and my fast-crawling baby!

Keeping fit when I return to work, which is coming up way too soon!

Running with a band around your waist while someone pulls back on the band for resistance.
