It doesn’t matter if you’re 8 months pregnant, haven’t worked out in a few months, or have never done a sun salutation in your life! Come enjoy an hour of accessible, gentle yoga with Dara and the BB team at the 2014 Power of Movement fundraiser.
On Sunday, March 2, 2014, we will be joining thousands of Canadians, as we take part in Power of Movement, Canada’s largest yoga fundraiser. Funds raised from this event go towards life changing research, which benefits more than 4.6 million Canadians living with arthritis and autoimmune conditions. Be thankful for your healthy body and get your yoga on in support of those whose bodies don’t move as easily as ours.
All you have to do is…
1. Sign up to join the BB team and decide whether you’d like to raise some money by asking a few friends, coworkers and neighbours for small donations OR simply pay $20 to attend — the price of a drop-in yoga class! No fundraising necessary!
2. Bring your small people or come alone for some you-time on March 2nd to a huge, exciting yoga class led by two of Toronto’s TOP yoga leaders and attended by bodies of all sizes, ages, shapes & ability levels:
