Did this one yesterday. Really enjoyed it and found it a relaxed workout, so was surprised to find how many muscles – particularly in my neck and shoulders – i could really feel this morning!

That last pulling apart movement is so hard! I had to switch bands – it’s like I’m missing those muscles ? what excercises are best to strengthen whatever it is that’s propelling that pulling apart action?
