This one felt easy to start with and then by the end I was definitely sweating. Definitely not like anything I’ve done before.

It definitely can be a little challenging when you start moving your body in new and different ways but it’s actually so great from training your muscles. I totally agree that these barre classes totally creep up on you! Keep up the great work!
I did this the other day but forgot to comment – definitely can feel the burn! Great exercises for strengthening those legs and glutes!
