I finally found the time to do this workout (40 uninterrupted minutes to myself seems like such a luxury right now lol) and I’m so glad I did!!! Thank you as always for the great coaching tips throughout! My only complaint was having the music – I absolutely love the fact that most of the Mama Reset workouts are music-free, allowing me to really focus on the movements or use my own workout playlist 🙂
