We challenge you to commit this January to 30 workouts in 30 days: one workout each day from January 2nd through January 31st. Kick off the year with a bang and establish the healthy habits that will carry you through your best year ever!

1. Complete a workout (minimum 10 minutes) or attend a BB class.
