Great job! Don’t forget to claim your points
Enjoyed the focus and breakdown of some of the popular moves…felt this one and learned some key points as well 🙂
Those 1 legged bridges are superior humbling haha. Such little lift compared to two. Loved this combo ladies
Thank you xx
Haha! Humbling indeed. So great to take a common exercise and mix it up slightly! You feel the difference SOOO much! Glad you enjoyed!
Perfect mid-day energy boost! Now back to work…
So fun! Good for you Jenia!
I love you gals, but I also love it when that ending music kicks in ?. Thanks for the great start to my day!
ummmm thanks ??? HAHA!
Did this on carpet this time – so much more challenging with the slight squishiness!
I wasn’t expecting foundations to be so challenging! ?
My last of the January Workouts and the first time I have finished all of the workouts for the month ??
YES! YES! YES! Great job Angie ? Way to go! Laura here–and I totally agree that that was SUPER challenging for a Foundations class…..BUT when we really focus in on the details it actually takes our workouts next level!
Yes, that was challenging but a really good all over workout. Great start to the day!
This was one of the first videos I did when I started Mamareset in January. I remember it being so hard. Today was still a challenge but I am definitely stronger!
A-MAZ-ING Hilary! That is so awesome! Keep you the good work!
Got interrupted halfway through by my 7 month old waking up from her nap early but convinced myself to come back and finish. Great first workout!
YES! That’s what we like to hear Stephanie! Great job taking a break and coming back! Kudos to you.
Thanks for the review of all of these exercises, I needed it!
Finished this workout yesterday but forgot to comment. I havent exercised in over a year, this was a great way to ease into it!
YAY! This is MUSIC to our ears! Great job Ashley!
My first workout! And lots of interruptions from my 7 month old who I had put down playing beside me but I finished!
Way to stick with it Zahra! ⭐️
Oh my – I haven’t exercised in over a year, so this got me good. So thankful to have these foundations to ease me back into it!
Yay! We’ve had this video series kicking around for a while and finally realized the New Member Checklist was the perfect place for them! Glad you enjoyed it and major kudos on your first workout!
Love this short but mighty workout. Definitely needed it.
Yay! Welcome to the community Anna! Good for you for jumping right on in there!
This was great! And, humbling! Lol!
Haha! Welcome Colleen. It will get easier, we promise! But good for you for jumping right in!
Wow! I didn’t realize how tight my hips are until I started with the one leg bridges! I modified to regular bridge but now my goal is to strengthen and work up to one leg 🙂
Yes! Great goal Abigail. Those one legged bridges are HARD! Definitely don’t be afraid to scale back so that you can build strength over time. You will 100% get there!
Did this yesterday, and can’t believe how much my thighs worked in just a short amount of time!
Haha! Yup! We are packing A LOT into 10 minutes. Just you wait! Great job jumping right in there!
Enjoyed going through some of the standard moves. And mine the tricep one burned!!
Good for you. A refresher is always good. And somehow actually feels harder when you’re really paying attention to technique etc. Great job!
Okay I know I’m really out of shape when that one was tough! lol. here goes nothing…
Noooooo! Good for you for hoping right in there. There’s an entire Foundations Series so feel free to check those out too. Often times when you’re really paying attention to your form and breathing and core engagement- it’s harder! So good for you and let us know how you enjoy the rest of the workouts.
