Growth isn’t always easy. At least not for me.

Growth isn’t always easy.

At least not for me.

And that transition into parenthood can be a REAL CHALLENGE.

Everything feels so for new, so raw and the parts of me that I felt made me who I was felt so far away. It felt impossible to ever be that person again.

But as is always the case with growth, new incredibly beautiful parts emerge.

When we can accept our life as it is now, instead of constantly comparing to our “old life”- we can get real about our limitations, needs and how we can best support those things.

And- as much as i resisted it, I promise those parts of you that are buried right now, will bloom again.

But to feel alive. Connected. Supported. And more fully ME.

Movement has always been an anchor for me. A way to come back to myself- and to the present.

And when I get out of my head and into my body, and the present moment, the more aware I am of the world around me.

I hope that you too can let go of the guilt, shame and judgement that so many of us learned to equate with exercise and movement and find the energy, life and connection that movement can bring. 💖

This was one of the biggest and most profound shif

This was one of the biggest and most profound shifts for me.

I valued workouts that helped me achieve a specific LOOK. And sure, they felt good- I enjoyed them. But I was still left dealing with pain, discomfort and a vague feeling of weakness.

When I realized I was actually craving strength- not just being smaller, I started focusing on movements and workouts that truly supported my body, built real strength and allowed me to feel more confident and capable in my body!

I’m continually surprised by how strong I really am. And I feel so proud and accomplished every time I show up and do hard things.
