Here are a couple ways you can help deal with those frustrating sneeze-pees.

2️⃣ learn to effectively RELEASE AND ENGAGE the pelvic floor muscles

3️⃣ Pracrice using a QUICK ENGAGEMENT of the pelvic floor BEFORE you cough, sneeze, jump or do any movement that causes laeakage.
