I definitely went at a slower pace. It would be a good text to come back to this one after a few weeks of regular exercise and see how different it feels.
I totally agree Heather I had to take it quite a bit slower on some of those moves. My core is just not there yet, even six months postpartum! This will be a great one to come back to later and look for progress
I also had to move slower than the transitions in the video for this one!
Hey Annique, we know the transitions are quick with this Core Circuit Series. Take your time or pause the video if you need. These are great to come back to when you’re feeling more confident with the types of moves to challenge yourself. Keep up the good work!
