The reminder I DEFINITELY needed- and maybe you do The reminder I DEFINITELY needed- and maybe you do too. IT’S OKAY TO GO SLOW. In fact, not only is ok but in the long run, it’s actually more sustainable…AND more enjoyable. Going slow hasn’t ever come naturally to me. So it’s no wonder I’ve tended to push myself to the point of burn out and get frustrated by my lack of “progress”. Does this resonate with you? Maybe you’ve jumped back on the Exercise Train and decided you needed to go all in, only to end up overcommitting and feeling frustrated and overwhelmed. Movement has been a go-to for me as a parent, especially at times when I just can’t stop the spiralling thoughts.
