IT’S OKAY TO GO SLOW.

In fact, not only is ok but in the long run, it’s actually more sustainable…AND more enjoyable.

Going slow hasn’t ever come naturally to me. So it’s no wonder I’ve tended to push myself to the point of burn out and get frustrated by my lack of “progress”.

When stress and overwhelm hit, I used to try and push through. But let me tell you- that never ends well.

Movement has been a go-to for me as a parent, especially at times when I just can’t stop the spiralling thoughts.

Here are some of my go-to movements for when your on the edge of burn out and life feels overwhelming.

👉 walking to clear my head
👉restorative poses to calm my nervous system
👉Massage balls for quick relief
👉Lifting weights to feel grounded and supported
👉Core exercises to focus and reset
