Meet Jessica

DIRECTOR, BB EAST TORONTO

Jessica Somerville is a highly experienced fitness instructor, personal trainer and member of the BB team since 2013. In her spare time, Jess loves horseback riding and adventuring with her two littles. Fun fact: Jessica is a wicked baton twirler!

All BB trainers follow a monthly workout schedule at each BB location under the guidance of Founder & Head Trainer Dara Bergeron, and adhere to the latest science in pregnancy and postpartum exercise, and. pelvic floor/core training.
