Meet Nicole
DIRECTOR, BB OSHAWA/BOWMANVILLE
Nicole King is a mama of 4 and prenatal/postnatal trainer who is passionate about helping women recover their core strength after childbirth while embracing their new postpartum bodies. Nicole is a former dancer, and loves sneaking alone time to go to aerial yoga or discover a new hiking trail. In between BB classes and clients, Nicole is working towards completing her Holistic Nutrition Coach designation and keeping up with managing 4 littles!
Nicole is available for personal training, both online and in-person/at home. Find out more about personal training here.
All BB trainers follow a monthly workout schedule at each BB location under the guidance of Founder & Head Trainer Dara Bergeron, and adhere to the latest science in pregnancy and postpartum exercise, and. pelvic floor/core training.
