Sun salutations are a great way to warm up the entire body; a great way to start the day. Our BB Trainer and Certified Yoga/Prenatal Yoga Instructor, Suzanne Hancock, demonstrates the simplest of sun salutations to add to your morning routine this winter.

Try incorporating 10 minutes of sun salutation in the morning, while your coffee brews and when baby is bright-eyed and content. Namaste!
